The QG series pulse airflow dryer is a large-scale drying equipment that adopts the principle of instant drying. It utilizes the rapid movement of hot air to drive wet materials and suspend them in the hot air. This strengthens the entire drying process, improves the rate of heat and mass transfer, and dries the materials through airflow, Non combined moisture can be almost completely removed (for example, when the moisture content of materials such as starch is ≤ 40%, the finished product discharge can be 13.5%), and the dried materials will not deteriorate, allowing users to achieve high economic benefits in the short term.

JG series airflow dryer


Working principle

The JG series airflow dryer can quickly remove moisture (mainly surface moisture) from easily dehydrated particles and powdered materials. In airflow drying, due to the short residence time of the material in the dryer, the quality of the dried product is better controlled. Our factory's enhanced airflow drying is composed of a set of intensifiers with stepless speed adjustment added to the basic model. Wet materials enter the intensifier through a spiral feeder and are fully mixed with the hot air flow. Under the rapid rotation of the blade, they are crushed and pushed into fine particles, which move towards the outlet while drying, and then enter the drying tube under the suction of wind force for further uniform drying. Wet and heavy particles that cannot be attracted by the wind continue to be crushed, dried, and sucked up by the wind into the drying tube.

Main purpose

FG series airflow dryer


Working principle

The working principle of the FG series airflow dryer is to divide the drying of wet materials into two steps. The raw materials are first dried by a mixture of secondary drying exhaust gas and supplementary hot air, followed by primary positive pressure drying. The high-temperature and low-humidity exhaust gas after use is discharged from the machine. The dried semi-finished products are then subjected to secondary negative pressure drying with fresh hot air. The dried finished product is measured and packaged. The used high-temperature and low-humidity exhaust gas is used for primary drying, thus completing a good cycle drying process. The supplementary hot air volume can be adjusted as needed, thus the machine has a wide applicability.

Adapt to materials

This equipment is widely used for drying powder and granular materials in industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and building materials. The products that have been dried with this series include starch, glucose, fish powder, granulated sugar, sugar, wine tank, feed, gluten, plastic resin, coal powder, dyes, etc.
