1. Increase the temperature of hot air entering the tower

Under the condition of constant outlet temperature, the higher the inlet temperature (also known as inlet temperature) of the hot air, the higher the total heat brought in. The more heat per unit mass of hot air is transferred to the mud droplets, and the more water evaporated per unit of hot air. Under the condition of constant production capacity, the required hot air volume is reduced (that is, the heat taken away by hot air when leaving the tower is reduced), the heat consumption of centrifugal spray dryer pulverizing is reduced, and the utilization rate and thermal efficiency of hot air are improved. But the temperature of the hot air entering the tower should not be too high (not exceeding 600 ℃), as too high a temperature can burn out the top air distributor of the tower.


2. Reduce the outlet temperature of hot air

When the temperature of the hot air entering the tower is constant, the lower the temperature of the hot air exiting the tower, the greater the temperature difference between entering and exiting the tower, and the greater the heat energy transferred by the hot air to the mud for drying, resulting in a higher utilization rate of the hot air. But the exhaust temperature should not be too low. When it is below 75 ℃, the powder is too wet, which affects normal drying.


3. Recycling of hot air (waste gas) from the tower
After the ceramic slurry is dried by spray for pulverizing, if the hot air from the tower is directly discharged into the atmosphere, the heat loss of this part will be very considerable (about 10%~20% of the energy consumption of the pulverizing process). So this part of the waste heat should be fully utilized, and Shangyu Talent Network can recycle the hot air from the tower to the preheating and drying process. In addition to direct recycling, the hot air from the tower can also be stored or exchanged by a heat exchanger for reuse.
