1. Senior Management Team
· General Manager: The company's highest decision-maker, responsible for formulating the company's overall strategy, business objectives, and management policies.
· Deputy General Managers (in charge of production/technology/sales, etc.): Assisting the General Manager, they are responsible for core business areas such as production operations, technology R&D, and marketing.

2. Core Business Departments
· Production Department (Manufacturing Department)
· Function: This is the core of the company, responsible for transforming blueprints and raw materials into actual machinery and equipment.
· Subordinate Units:
· Workshops/Sections: Such as the machining shop, welding shop, assembly shop, and spray painting shop.
· Production Planning Department: Responsible for formulating production plans, scheduling, and tracking production progress. · Equipment Department: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the factory's production equipment and facilities.
· Key Positions: Production Manager, Workshop Manager, Team Leader, Planner, Equipment Engineer, Technicians (Lathe Operators, Milling Operators, Welders, Assemblers, etc.).
· Technology R&D Department (Technology Center)
· Function: The "brain" of the company, responsible for product design, R&D, process development, and technical support.
· Subordinate Units:
· Design Department: Responsible for the design of new products, improvements to existing products, and the production of engineering drawings (CAD).
· Process Department: Responsible for developing process flows and labor time quotas for parts processing and product assembly.
· R&D Project Team: Conducts research on specific new products or technologies.
· Key Positions: Chief Engineer, R&D Manager, Mechanical Design Engineer, Process Engineer, Electrical Engineer.
· Sales and Marketing Department
· Function: Develop markets, secure orders, and maintain customer relationships.

· Domestic Marketing Department: Responsible for domestic sales. · International Business Department: Responsible for overseas market development and export business.
· Marketing and Branding: Responsible for market research, brand promotion, and exhibition planning.
· After-Sales Service Department: Answering customer calls 24/7, resolving customer issues, and submitting repair orders.
· Key Positions: Sales Director, Sales Manager, Key Account Manager, Foreign Trade Specialist.
3. Supply Chain and Quality Assurance Department
· Procurement Department (Supply Chain Management Department)
· Responsibility: Responsible for procuring raw materials, purchased parts, standard parts, and outsourced processing services required for production.
· Key Tasks: Supplier development and management, price negotiation, and ensuring timely material delivery.
· Quality Assurance Department (Quality Inspection Department)
· Responsibility: Monitor product quality throughout the entire process to ensure that shipped products meet standards.
· Subordinate Units:
· Incoming Quality Control (IQC): Inspects purchased materials.
· In-Process Quality Control (IPQC): Conducts inspections and random checks during the production process. · FQC/OQC (Final/Outgoing Quality Inspection): Conducts final inspection and testing of finished products.
· Key Positions: Quality Manager, Quality Inspector (QE), Test Engineer.
4. Support and Functional Departments
· Administration and Personnel Department (or split into HR and Administration)
· Human Resources: Responsible for recruitment, training, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
· Administrative and Logistics: Responsible for daily administrative matters, security, cafeteria management, dormitories, sanitation, etc.
· Finance Department
· Function: Responsible for the company's financial management, including cost accounting, budget management, accounts receivable/accounts payable, tax filing, and treasury management.
· Key Positions: Financial Director, Accountant, Cashier, Cost Accountant.
· Project Management Department (applicable to project-based manufacturing companies, such as those producing large customized equipment)
· Function: Responsible for full-process project management from order signing to equipment delivery, coordinating internal and external resources, and controlling project schedules, costs, and quality. Key positions: Project Manager, Project Engineer.
