Quality Objective:
(1) The product qualification rate at factory exit exceeds 98.5%;
(2) Deliver according to the contract, with an on-time delivery rate >99%;
(3) 99.97% completion rate for customer quality complaints;
(4) Customer satisfaction rate > 90%;
(5) Two new product designs (including improved varieties and new structures) have been completed.
Quality Control:
1. Design Control
Before design, conduct as many sampling tests as possible. Technical personnel will perform scientific and rational design based on users' specific requirements and actual test conditions, and prepare process procedure cards for equipment manufacturing. 2. Procurement Control
Establish a list of subcontractors, conduct rigorous evaluation and comparison of subcontractors, adhere to the principle of quality for quality and price, and create subcontractor records. For the same type of purchased or outsourced parts, there must be at least one qualified subcontractor capable of normal supply. 3. Production Control
Production must be based on technical documents, and each qualified processed product in every production step must be clearly marked. Key components should be distinctly labeled to ensure product traceability.
4. Inspection Control (1) Dedicated inspectors shall conduct inspections on raw materials and purchased/outsourced parts. For large batches, sampling inspection may be performed, but the sampling rate must not be less than 30%. Critical and precision-finished purchased/outsourced parts must undergo full inspection. (2) For self-manufactured parts, self-inspection, mutual inspection, and re-inspection must be conducted. Only after all items pass inspection can they be classified as qualified products.
(3) For finished products that can be assembled and started within the factory, trial operation and inspection shall be conducted within the factory. Only those passing the inspection may be shipped. For products that cannot be assembled within the factory, strict phased inspections must be performed. Upon successful installation and trial operation at the user's factory, an inspection certificate shall be issued.
